WOW!! I have to say we had an AWESOME time last weekend!! I have been to a few other festivals, but none compared to this. I was very impressed with all of the activites for the children also. My kids love bluegrass, but it was nice for them to have other things to do also
To PoppyTim: hope the golf cart survived the weekend  the kids gave it quite a work out!

Jimbo, I didn't releaze you still had GrassRat's in that age group still? Which one's where yours?

There were so many highlights of the event - I cant even begin to name but I will try to.. as my way of saying THANK YOU WHO MAKE IT WORK - AND WORK WELL!...
1. Meeting Uncle Billy.. FINALLY for the first time and his lovely wife Sharon! 2. Meeting so many faithful listeners and chatters in one setting is incredible - what nice folks - in person!! 3. MEETING THE FANTASTIC PICKERS/SINGERS WHO ROCKED THE WEEKEND - ALLLLL NIGHT LONG AND DAY TOO - WOW WHAT INCREDIBLE TALENT YOU ARE! 4. Watching a "family" of bluegrass lovers - and seeing the support and care they give day after day.. even when the chips are down.. family picks you up.. it was such a pickup for me!
