Where I was born and raised, there wasn't bluegrass around at all (sorry, Virginia, but yes there are parts of the country without bluegrass  ). I moved to southern West Virginia and started pickin' with a little band...and the rest is history! My jazz albums are dust covered, and my blues albums are buried beneath a mound of bluegrass albums! Bluegrass has it all...fast, slow, loud, soft, happy, sad...not to mention the wonderful folks whom we meet through the music! Bluegrass music is here to stay...and the best place to find it is the WWB!!!!
